Hydration guides

Hydration pages are for people who want one bottle of water to last through the day. A 40 ounce insulated tumbler holds more than a typical 16 ounce glass, so you refill less often. The steel wall keeps ice water colder than a plastic cup, which makes it easier to keep drinking. You still have to fill it. Insulation does not add water.

Ice helps. Add ice first, then cold water. Close the lid. If you like a straw, use it and cover the hole with a fitting magnetic cap when the cup is in a gym bag or on a desk. The cap page lists compatible lids. An incompatible cap will rattle or fall off. The tumbler’s handle makes a full 40 ounce cup easier to carry than a slick bottle.

Wash the tumbler every day if you add fruit, powder, or sweetener. Those leave film in the straw. Warm water and mild soap are enough. Rinse until the water runs clear. Dry the lid. A clean cup is the one you will actually reuse tomorrow.

TickTrend LLC ships the tumbler from Florida. U.S. standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Orders ship the same day from Florida. Delivery is usually 5 to 8 business days after it ships. Times are estimates. Use the guides here for habits and fit, and the product page for the live offer.
