Returns
You can return or exchange a new, unused item within 30 days of the delivery date if it is in substantially the same condition it arrived in, with the original packaging, tags, and accessories when they apply, and proof of purchase.

You pay the return shipping if you are sending it back because of your preference or a mistake, unless the law requires otherwise. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, TickTrend provides a prepaid return label at no cost to you. There is no restocking fee.
Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and gift cards cannot be returned.
