At TickTrend, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Enter your tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Enter the email address used during checkout.
  3. View your latest shipping and delivery updates.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. TickTrend is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been placed, changes may not always be possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages may sometimes be marked as delivered by the carrier before arrival.

If your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we recommend:

  • checking with neighbors or household members
  • contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • checking around the delivery location

TickTrend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

TickTrend is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
