Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

  • If the return results from customer preference or customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
  • If the return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, TickTrend will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

We do not charge restocking fees.
