All items sold through this website are physical goods.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
- If the return results from customer preference or customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
- If the return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, TickTrend will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
We do not charge restocking fees.
