Wash the cap with the straw. Drink residue collects under the cover. Warm water and mild soap are enough. Dry it so the magnet face does not stay wet in a bag. Keep it with the tumbler so you are not searching for it in the morning. It does not change how long the drink stays hot or cold. The tumbler’s insulation does that.
