Straw Covers guides
Straw covers are the caps and sleeves that hide a straw tip. TickTrend sells magnetic covers and silicone covers for this job. They are not interchangeable. A magnetic cover clicks onto a compatible lid. A silicone cover stretches over a compatible straw. Read the product name so you know which one is on the page you opened. Then read the fit list. The cover only belongs on the straw or lid named there.
Use a cover when the tumbler sits open to the air: a desk, a cup holder with the straw up, or a gym bag. Take it off to drink. Put it back on afterward. A cover left off in a purse collects the lint it was supposed to block. A cover left on a dirty straw keeps that dirt in place. Wash the straw and the cover together.
Warm water and mild soap are the cleaner. Rinse the inside of a silicone cover and the face of a magnetic cover. Dry them before they go back on. The cover does not insulate the drink and does not make a tumbler leak-proof if you turn it over. Spill control still comes from the lid being closed.
